By downloading or using the Charge&Chill app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Use of the App

Charge&Chill provides information about electric vehicle charging stations and nearby points of interest. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or data
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app

Charging station information, including availability and location data, is provided "as is" from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always verify station availability before relying on it for your trip.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charge&Chill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on charging station information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
